These are loaded with sugar that quickly go to fat. How many times have you had soda and pizza. There may be 2500 calories in the meal
alone. Then you go and lay down on these calories and gain plenty. Sodas and anything with high fructose sugar in it has be linked with
obesity. Scientist say fructose though highly related to blood sugar(glucose) are not metabolized alike. Fructose may be responsible for
your belly fat. Leave these off and drink plenty water daily. Pasta could be no 5 but it gets mixed reviews. Diabetics should not eat pasta
as it goes to sugar immediately like potatoes. Sugar is stored in the liver as glycogen. Any food with lots available sugar is to be avoided.

For healthy weight loss and to lose quickly we need foods that are bulky and have a lot of fiber. They need to fill us up and pass through
slowly. Going through slowly keeps you full longer. If there is no space then we will not eat so much so often. Fruits,vegetables and nuts are
the way to go. Let me share a long list of good foods with fiber that will do the trick. They will do different things. Cutting down on hunger
is a big plus. Surely you will see foods here that you will use to drop pounds quickly by substituting these in place of all the bad one you crave.

STRESS When under stress our body is putting out a lot of cortisol. This makes our body put on the pounds by increasing body fat
storage. Stress alone can kill our efforts at trimming our body. You can simply meditate or do whatever you find enjoyable
and easy to calm down yourself. Do it several times per day if you can.
NOT ENOUGH SLEEP Lack of sleep leads to higher cortisol level. So that insulin sensitivity goes down. Now our system is more
ready to gain rather to gain than to lose weight.
EAT TOO MUCH We need a balance diet with carbohydrates ,proteins and fats to burn fat efficiently. Taking a lot of carbohydrates will
guarantee error. We need 40% protein 40%fat 20%fat diet in general. It is easy to overeat.
NOT EATING ENOUGH PROTEIN If we do not have enough protein we will not lose weight. When we get enough we quit eating the
way we are suppose to do. If not we eat more and gain weight. Because the diet is low in protein
your body tries to get enough protein by eating more food. When this happens you have taken in too
many calories this day and gained weight.
DRINK IN TOO MANY CALORIES
Taking in too many calories in sodas and coffee can be bad. It adds up. Losing while taking in many
fluids other than water is difficult. If you drink alcohol keep in mind you b urn the calories in alcohol first
before you start on the carbohydrates in your diet. These calories are stored as fat. The alcohol
makes you feel it is alright to eat anything you want.
NOT ENOUGH EXERCISE Do more and more exercise as time goes on from month to month. If you start slowly you
can do things that you can sustain. To lose more we have to exercise more or eat less..
GETTING OLDER As we get older our body has a slower and slower metabolic rare. We do not need as many calories
We are not as active. So it is easier to gain weight. According to researchers as women get older if they
gain weight it is more than apt to be in the belly section. The hormones estrogen and progesterone levels
go down. In men the testosterone levels are down. So we hold on to our weight.
GENETICS If your body is shaped like an apple and you are big around the middle and not the hips or thighs then this is you. It will be
very difficult . This is my type. I am losing with determination and much effort.
