CLA for weight loss

It is often said there is always a quiet before the storm.  We are fighting a quiet enemy called “obesity”.

It is the monster that is very subtle.  We gradually get fatter and accept it more and more as time  goes

on.

It is constantly killing us.  Our pants, skirts, shirts, blouses, socks, panty hoses, belts, our underwear

down to

the underwear becomes increasingly too small.   Clothing are too tight as we bulk up.  Shoes squeeze your

feet.

Do not give up to this beast of obesity.  I use CLA for weight loss and have had excellent results.

Being angry and discouraged is normal but we must rise up. Being ashamed of your appearance is

normal.

We can change all this.  We can restore, revamp and regain our elegance with a calm grace of tranquility.

be reduced  to make us a much more beautiful person.

A List  Of Foods That Makes Us Fat

1. Sodas    Sodas have lots of sugar in them  that will easily go to fat. They add calories to you total diet.

This means if you just exercise normally yo will gain calories  and weight.  You do not  feel full

and take in more calories and gain weight. Sodas and any sugary drink should be dropped.

2   Potato Chips and French Fries

These are loaded with salt and are high in fat.  They have high carbohydrates.  They go to fat.

3   Coffee with added sugar

If the coffee is black (without sugar) that will be fine.  When we add sugar we are adding

carbohydrates and our body  does not realize the extra calories.  Creamers are as bad.  When

losing weight keep the coffee black.

4  Candy,Doughnuts, and Candy

These have lots of sugars in them and should be limited.

5   Ice Cream

Many calories here and should be limited.  Because it is good it is easily overeaten.

6  Cakes, Pastries  , Cake and Chocolate

These have lots of sugars and can go to weight gain.

7   Pizza and other Processed  Foods

Pizza will often have many carbohydrates and salt with the processed meats.  We must avoid.

Too much meat can lead top heart attack and cancer.  Most meat processed and in the can will

be loaded with fat and salt.

8  Peanut Butter

Read the label to see if there are to  many added  sugars , added oils, and added vegetable oil

added in.   See the calories in a serving and use carefully.

8   Juices

most juices are full of sugar and we drink them quickly take many calories right there.  If

we ate the fruit itself it would be bulky in volume and would fill us with fewer calories.

Doctors have determined that children that  drink too much juice have higher chance for obesity.

9    White Bread

White bread is made from wheat and is refined   and has much added sugar.  It will run your blood

sugar up quickly..It is easy to gain weight on white bread especially if you are inactive.  Use whole

bread instead.

10  Alcohol

Wine is fine.   Beer has carbohydrates big time in  it.  You can easily gain drinking  lots of beer.

Alcohol has lots of energy  a little over 7 calories per gram which is higher than carbohydrates

and protein.

The big answer is CLA.   This is conjugated linoleic acid.    This is a natural from the safflower plant for

1   Acknowledge you are worth living a better life.

2  Admit to yourself you can change your physical appearance.

3  Regain your confidence in the real you.

4  Just bring you to reality.  Give yourself a chance to remake the real you.  By loving yourself enough to

make

examples of how you are going to fully respect yourself.

Drink more water.  Make sure you take in lots of water.  Do not eat late at night.

Just like a wave coming in from the ocean your distasteful belly fat , love handles, thunder thighs, spare

tire,

bay window, double chin, and turkey neck flabby areas will dissolve away.  You will begin to notice your

clothes will be loose.  Your underwear will be large.  It is time for new and smaller clothes.  Do not put

these  big

clothes on again .   This will help you to remain the new beautiful you.  Now  get clothes that  fit.

Everybody

will see and ask you how did you did it..   Now you are no longer caged in your mind or body. You

have beat this monster of obesity.  You have broken the cycle of no hope.     It  has been possible with

    Charles,

    Obviously you are very passionate about this product and that is great to see. You believe that it works.

    You have many facts and give a fantastic, mental step by step process which is so true when trying to lose weight.

    Also, with reminding people there is no time frame as to when you could see results is very truthful and knowing you have to be patient is one of the greatest hindrances in weight loss.

    Hello I want to start by saying that you strike at the heart of what people like and that is soft drinks and junk food. There are persons that wil turn dow good healthy foood for junk and still they hope to maintain a healthy and the sad think is that they are sadly mistaken. Eating healthy, drinking plenty of water, excisising and so on is that key to loosing weight and living the good life. Thanks for sharing and have a good day

    Can you explain what CLA stands for? is CLA like one of those fat burners? How does a CLA help in fat loss? Is a CLA supplement going to help me lose weight all on its own? I need some more information on what this is before I decide if its worth putting into my body

      CLA IS CONJUGATED LINOLEIC ACID. IF YOU EXERCISE WHILE TAKING IT YOU WILL REPLACE ABDOMINAL FAT WITH MUSCLE. SOME HAVE LOSS WEIGHT WITH OUT EXERCISE.
